Ingredients


For Smoothie Base: 

  • One Thawed Packet of Unsweetened Sambazon Acai Pulp (available at most grocery stores) or 2 Scoops of Acai Powder AVAILABLE HERE
  • Handful of Mango
  • Handful of Mixed Berries
  • 1/2 C Unsweetend Coconut Milk or Water
  • 2 Scoops of Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides (or other choice of protein)  AVAILABLE HERE


Toppings:

  • 1/2 Granola (I recommend using Purely Elizabeth Granola AVAILABLE HERE)
  • Sliced Fruit or Berries of choice
  • Raw Honey
  • Optional Superfoods: Chia Seeds, Bee Pollen, Nut Butter, Hemp Seeds, etc.


To Make:


  1. If using the frozen Sambazon packets, run one packet under warm water until softened. 
  2. Blend all of the smoothie base ingredients together in a blender. Add more coconut milk until you have reached the consistency you desire.  
  3. Pour granola into the bowl first. 
  4. Pour the smoothie base in next
  5. Top the base with sliced fruits, more granola, and any other toppings you please. 
  6. Drizzle your honey or nut butter over the toppings last
  7. Enjoy!
