Let's talk about boobies.
If you have a naturally generous
rack, you know the struggle. Having to wear multiple sports bras, planning
outfits around hiding your cleavage, and avoiding backless shirts and dresses
at all costs. I feel you. I think the most terrifying part about this blessing
is that ageing is inevitable, and gravity is not our friend.
Luckily, since I have been paranoid
about this since I was in high school, I have managed to find workouts that can
drastically lift and firm your chest in hardly any time at all. I swear by
these moves and I do them at least 3 times a week. Ladies, remember that
underneath that breast tissue, we have pecks just like boys do. These moves
will strengthen those muscles, lifting our chests along with it. Try incorporating
these moves into your workout at least 2 times a week, I truly believe you will
see results fast.
I will warn you, I tend to go down a
cup size when I do these more than 3 times a week. Breasts are just like the
rest of your body fat, you work out the muscles underneath and you will burn
some of the fat above them.
